Free School Meals - during Summer break

If your circumstances change and you think your child is eligible for free school meals, after the academy closes for the summer break, you need to apply for free school meals using the link below:

If you are eligible, you will receive a notification confirming this. During the academy’s summer holiday period, you will be sent vouchers by Liverpool City Council on a fortnightly basis.

 

How to Access the online checker for Free School Meals

To complete on-line application form you will need either National Insurance number or Asylum seekers support number and be in receipt of one of the income related benefits listed on the form. 

Do not complete this form if in receipt of housing benefit just contact the housing benefits section and inform them which school your child will be attending 0800 028 3697 or email benefits.service@Liverpool.gov.uk

tick the “Yes, I receive one of the benefits above“ to continue, then press the “Next” button bottom right.

Enter the details and tick the box ‘Please inform me by email whether I am eligible for free school meals’. If you enter the school’s email address underneath, the school will be informed directly if the children are entitled to free school meals.
